Inspection and signing for goods
1. Inspection Notice
Carefully check upon receipt: Please inspect the appearance and quantity of the product. If the packaging is damaged, the product is incorrect, the product is missing, or there are quality issues with the product, please contact customer service immediately and we will handle them promptly.
2. The following situations can be rejected
Product A has quality issues;
B sent the wrong product, incorrect quantity of products, incorrect size, etc;
Tips
Please check carefully when receiving the goods. If you or your authorized person has signed for the goods, it means that the order items are correct and there are no factors that affect their use. UncleStar reserves the right not to accept return or exchange applications due to packaging or product damage, incorrect or missing goods, surface quality issues of the goods, or insufficient delivery of accessories and gifts.
