Return and exchange rules
All products sold by UncleStar are genuine. On the premise of complete product packaging and accurate quantity, UncleStar promises that standard products (excluding non-standard products) purchased through official websites, , or other official online platforms of UncleStar can apply for returns and exchanges according to these rules. (Note: "Complete packaging" refers to the product's outer packaging not being damaged, the internal components not missing, and not affecting repackaging or sales).
1、 Return and exchange of goods
You can initiate after-sales service online through 'My Orders', and we will process it within 1 working day. You can also contact our dedicated customer service or call +86-579-82951776 to apply for a return or exchange;
1. In the following situations, returns and exchanges are supported
Goods damaged, missing, or incorrect due to logistics reasons can be rejected and photographed for evidence;
1.2 Or request the logistics company to issue proof documents at the same time as signing for the package;   
1.3 If the delivered product model, specifications, quantity, etc. do not match the order;
1.4 Product quality issues (excluding those caused by human factors such as improper use) shall be repaired, replaced, or returned in accordance with legal regulations and product quality assurance.      
Note: For products that meet the return and exchange criteria, if the corresponding product is out of stock and cannot be exchanged, only returns can be processed or replacements can be made according to demand.
2. In the following situations, returns and exchanges are not supported
2.1 Inspection period: If the customer does not raise any quality objections during the product inspection period;
2.2 Special products cannot be returned or exchanged:
·Customized products (products manufactured to meet specific customer needs, products with strong customer attributes, or products or services that match their needs, such as specified patterns, text, styles, materials, etc.)
·Fragile and consumable products, clearance products, promotional products, purchasing products, non stock products, and other products that are determined by the buyer at the time of purchase to be unsuitable for return based on their nature
2.3 Products that affect secondary sales:
·Products repaired by customers themselves through improper or unauthorized means, as well as consumables and vulnerable parts
·The customer has opened, unpacked, damaged product packaging, used or missing accessories for the product
·Online downloading or unpacked audiovisual products, computer software, and other digital products
·Products that depreciate significantly after activation, installation, or trial use
·Abnormal use, storage or natural wear and tear, damage, loss or deterioration of products caused by accidents/force majeure events
·Products that can easily affect personal safety or health after being opened, or products that can cause changes in product quality after being opened
·Products damaged by the customer's designated transportation company or damaged during the customer's shipment to Uncle Xing
·The original factory has stopped production, and Uncle Xing is treating it as a discounted product
·Products with extremely short shelf life and sales period
·Products with torn or altered anti-counterfeiting codes, serial numbers, labels, and other product identifiers
2.4 Any products sold by non UNCLESTAR

2、 Refund tickets
When handling returns, invoices, gifts, etc. should be returned together:
If the invoice has already been issued and has not been deducted, the original invoice must be provided;
If the invoice has already been issued and deducted, a "Red Invoice Application Form" needs to be provided;
3. If the invoice has already been issued, the original invoice cannot be provided, nor can the "Red Invoice Application Form" be provided. The invoice has been deducted, and a return operation fee of 13% of the non tax price of the returned product needs to be charged; The invoice has not been deducted. If the refund is for the current month, a screenshot of the Piaoyitong invoice is required. If the refund is not for the current month, a screenshot of the Piaoyitong invoice and an unverified deduction certificate or commitment letter should be provided.
3、 Refund
During the after-sales guarantee period, if you have a refund request, please contact the dedicated customer manager/customer service or call to +86-579-82951776 apply for a refund. When refunding, you need to pay attention to the following:
Before the refund, UncleStar will inspect the returned product. If it passes the inspection, the refund will be processed immediately. If it fails the inspection, no refund will be issued (except for refund situations);
2. In principle, the refund application should be paid within T+1 working days after approval. Due to delays in submitting the refund application and returning the product, as well as the refund processing cycle of banks and third-party payment platforms, it cannot be ruled out that the refund time may be delayed;
3. Any order refund by any payment method shall be refunded by the original way (for example, when placing an order, Alipay shall be used for payment, and the refund shall be directly returned to the Alipay account).
4、 Principle of after-sales freight
Rules for collecting return/exchange shipping fees: For returns or exchanges not caused by UncleStar's reasons, the shipping fees shall be borne by the customer; For returns and exchanges due to reasons caused by UncleStar, the shipping cost will be borne by UncleStar.
